Former Lyons resident, and Lyons High School teacher, Elizabeth Ford Boss, will celebrate her 100th birthday, on Wednesday, February 5, 2014.

The Lady Lions basketball team traveled to Loveland for a non-league game against the Resurrection Christian Cougars. It turned into a battle of free throws, as the referees called over twenty-five fouls during the game, putting both teams in the double bonus situation for both halves of the game.

The Library is offering a new community LEGO club to explore creative possibilities with LEGOs. A weekly challenge will be offered as well as opportunity to simply play and create with LEGOs

The Historic Elkhorn Lodge will once again be the site of a spectacular exhibition of fiber arts. All works on display will be creations of Estes Valley residents including Lyons and Big Elk Meadows.
