The Lyons Islands Parade will be a parade recognizing the strength of the entire Lyons area. The parade, which will be on the afternoon of Friday, September 12, will be a centerpiece of the events commemorating the anniversary of the flood.

About Town - August 14, 2014

Another week gone by.  Last week the office folks, this week the teachers, next week, school starts on Monday, August 18. It seems like it was a short, but hot summer. However, everything stayed green, which was really great. Yes, it is time for the kids to start studying again.
