Managing Stress: Balancing Your Vices

By Dr. Sara Hart, ND, MSOM, LAc

It’s a perfect day when you wake up naturally without an alarm.  To arise fully rested, stretch your arms leisurely and yawn.  Pondering with a gentle inquisition, “hmmm, what do I feel like doing today?”  Rather than the rush of too many responsibilities to juggel comfortably.  When fresh vital foods are all that you crave so you make yourself a gorgeous meal to start your day.

Traveling In Luxury – The First Day

Roads Traveled With Linda L. Osmundson

My husband Bob and I flew to San Diego a day early for our scheduled Sea of Cortez cruise aboard the MS Statandam. Good thing. Lantern-Lit Journey Through History

By Kathleen Spring

Each young camper held a lantern from the early 1900s and followed their guide through the mysteries of the Lyons Redstone Museum on the first day of the 2012 Lyons History Summer Day Camp. They first learned about how fire, then candles, lanterns, and finally electric lights changed the way of life of mankind. Then they went down the darkened hallways to discover how Lyons pioneer families lived their daily lives.
