Lyons High School Received National Recognition
US News & World Report recently released their annual ‘Best High Schools’ rankings. After evaluating nearly 22,000 public high schools across the nation, three SVVSD high schools ranked in the top 5%, including Niwot High, Lyons Senior High, and Silver Creek High.Schools were evaluated based on state proficiency standards, how well they prepare students for college, and other factors.

Three Lyons High Students To Visit Supreme Court
A group of high school students from Denver, Thornton, and Lyons are in for an experience of a lifetime when a University of Colorado Boulder law professor takes them to Washington, D.C. for a moot court competition this weekend (March 29 through April 1). The Lyons students are Sean Flynn, Isabella Solman, and Marcos Rodriguez.
