The Board of Directors of the Education Foundation for the St. Vrain Valley invites the public to attend a fascinating presentation by the 2012 Eleanor Venture grant recipient Lyons Middle/Senior High Art Teacher Stephanie Busby. She will share highlights of her July 2012 trip to the unspoiled French countryside near Les Tapies. While there Stephanie attended a ten-day art teacher’s workshop, which focused on her artistic roots, hands-on involvement, and ways to strengthen the visual arts department at her school. Stephanie will discuss how this beautiful area, the creative workshops she attended, and the inspiring people she met have enhanced her passion and effectiveness as a teacher.
