Lyons Advances In Regional Play

The Lyons High School boys’ basketball team hosted Clear Creek in the first round of district play-offs on Tuesday, February 24. This was a must win for the Lions to keep their play-off hopes alive. Lady Lions Season Ends In Loveland

The Lyons High School girls’ basketball team traveled to Loveland last week (Tuesday, February 24) to take on the number two seeded 2A team, Resurrection Christian. The Lady Lions needed a win to advance into the regional tournament. Despite their contrasting season records, the Lady Lions lost to Resurrection by just a single point during their regular season match up.
