Friday, March 5 at LES Volunteers are needed!
This year’s Silent Auction, Spring Carnival and Raffle will be held Friday, March 5, at the Lyons Elementary School Gym, from 5 to 8 p.m. The LES PTO Triple Event is a major fundraising contributor to help support our students
and our school while having tons of fun at the same time.
If you can volunteer or contribute, please contact LES office at (303) 823-6915. Please join us for an evening of fun!
Silent Auction Bids will close at 7 p.m. Classroom raffle baskets drawing will be held approximately at 7 p.m.
Different this year, all dinner meals MUST be pre-ordered. No dinner meal tickets will be available for sale during the carnival.
Please complete the dinner pre-order form available at the LES front office. Attach payment and return to the LES office no later than Friday, Feb. 26. All pre-order items can be picked up at the pre-order table during the carnival. Carnival wristbands for $5 and raffle tickets 3 for $1 can be pre-ordered as well.
Silent Auction
This year’s auction is going to be a wonderful event that is going to benefit Lyons Elementary and our children in many ways. The auction proceeds will be used for three state-of-the-art technology mobile carts, which include a laptop, LCD projector, and a document camera.
An important part of the auction’s success will be obtaining a sufficient amount of donated items and services that can be successfully auctioned. I would like each of you to consider whether there is an item or service your business can contribute to the auction. Or, perhaps you have a special talent that can be auctioned. For a service, create your own gift certificate that can be redeemed. A blank gift certificate is available at the front office of the school.
If you can contribute to the auction, please contact Amy Munson at (970) 290-3611 or Christine Donahue at (720) 938-4683 by Feb. 15. During these tough economic times, your efforts will make a real difference. For an ongoing update on the Silent Auction go to lessilentauction.blogspot.com/.
