X-C Rules Regionals; Advances To State

By Renée Haip
All through the seasons, a typical sight around Lyons is the community’s youth running through town, along the river corridors, parks, and county trails. It is a scene that has recently been replaced by heavy equipment, members of the National Guard, aid workers, and community members scrambling to get the town back on its feet.
