Lions Battle Cougars At Home

The Lady Lions volleyball team faced their strongest competitor yet in Resurrection Christian on Thursday, September 6.  Historically, matches against this school have been hard fought battles often involving a fifth and final set; this year was no exception.

The Lyons team this year is an interesting mix of five senior leaders, four talented freshmen and one strong sophomore and junior.  The team is loaded with defensive players in seniors Joelle Holst, Genna Gibson and Rebecca Weglarz.Â
