Dear Boulder County Commissioners,
As 33-year residents of unincorporated Boulder County, we have gotten accustomed to total lack of regard of the County Open Space Department to the wishes of its neighbors in the South St. Vrain valley. It has usually been in regard to open space access including the dumping of open space users in our neighborhoods but now it is a matter of public safety to the county as well as Town of Lyons residents.
Like most people in our valley, we have been working our butts off since the September floods to try and get our lives back together. We were out of our home for 145 days and still have lots of work to do. Now we see the spring runoff season approaching and the P&OS
