Lyons Middle/Senior Students Create “Volunteer Class”

This year the Lyons Middle/Senior decided to offer a class based solely on community service in order to teach young people the importance of volunteerism and leadership in one’s community. The students in this class have chosen, in addition to forty hours of internship, to do a group project in the community, and we would like it to be Community Care Day. We are only 18 kids, but with your help we can make a big difference.
