The Board of Trustees (BOT) met for the third time in April on Monday night to consider approving a couple of special event liquor licenses.

The meeting got underway promptly at 7 p.m., with the usual pledge of allegiance, a moment of reflective silence, and audience business. By 7:03 p.m., the Board had switched hats and became the Lyons Liquor Authority. The first item on the agenda was from the Ukraine Orphanage
