Dear Lyons Community,
This weekend I am going back to my house in Lyons with my family. We have been going to Lyons a lot this fall to visit our house and to go to church in Lyons. It was very nice going to our house again. I can’t wait to go back home. Whoever helped turn on the electricity and turn on the water, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

McConnell Bridge in Lyons is now open for public use. The two-way bridge is the second access to and from Lyons Valley Park, in southeast Lyons. McConnell Bridge sustained extensive damage in the September flood and has been closed since then. Full, temporary access has been established as of Monday, December 23.
