Summer Events for Middle-Schoolers

In the summer here in Lyons, the parks are the place to be. Whether they’re into team sports, river recreation, or just lounging around, many of our young people are used to spending large chunks of their summer break in Bohn and Meadow Park. Most years, anyway. This year, since both parks were badly damaged in last fall’s flood, town leaders are concerned about giving kids as many alternative activities as possible.
