Boulder’s Nutcracker Gives Back To Local Schools

Boulder Ballet and Boulder Philharmonic are giving back to the Boulder Valley and St. Vrain Valley School Districts through their in-school ticket-sales program. Through this program, schools receive 20% of the proceeds from all tickets sold from their school. In past years, the total has amounted up to $7,000. This year, sales are nearly at $4,000 and are expected to increase through Friday.

Proceeds will be announced and checks will be given to representatives from each school this Saturday, November 9 at 5:30 p.m., at The Dairy Center for the Arts.  At a time when funding for public schools is in need, this program is a tremendous benefit to the entire community.
