The Devil Dash is the ultimate event for thrill-seeking athletes and party-goers. On Labor Day weekend, hundreds of fearless runners will return to Lyons to take on fourteen intense obstacles through Purgatory, running through 3+ miles of adventurous terrain, then celebrate with friends and family during an all day festival with live music, food, and beer in the Beer Garden of Eden.

The recent combination of extremely high temperatures and little or no rain has meant an increase in the usage of both water and power by Lyons residents, according to Town Administrator Victoria Simonsen.
