During audience business at Monday night’s Board of Trustees’ (BOT) meeting Eagle Canyon resident Kelsey Kennedy asked the Board to “rethink the ban on connecting natural gas.” Kennedy felt that with the placement of portable water tanks in several neighborhoods, plus the

three sump pumps in the river, there was now sufficient fire fighting capabilities to warrant the “perceived” risk.
