After a lengthy pre-meeting workshop with Town Staff on the 2013 budget Monday night, the Board of Trustees (BOT) got off to a late start for their regularly scheduled meeting. Despite the delay, the Trustees and Staff were optimistic that they could wrap up the light agenda by 7:30 or 8 o’clock.
