The new executive board for the Lyons Community Church’s Basic Needs & Emergency Fund held their first meeting of 2011 last week. Claire McNulty-Drewes, pastor at the church, says in addition to herself, the
board now includes members: Nancy Reckling, Jean Peila, Chuck Keim, Monique Sawyer-Lang, Mary McKeever, and Peter Maves. The executive board meets in the meeting room of the church on a quarterly basis.
They have openings on the board and always welcome new people with fresh ideas and perspectives.
