As a cyclist, I am provided the same privileges as a motorist; I am expected to follow the rules of the road, with the knowledge that failure to do so can result in injury, even though it is unlikely justice will take the form of penalties, and suspension or revoking of relevant licenses because cyclists in general are not held accountable when they break the law.
