County Coroner Emma Hall finally released the office’s annual reports for 2011 and 2012 this month, both delayed, she said, because of antiquated and sometimes inaccurate computer systems. That sounded more like an excuse than a reason to me.

Mail in ballots go out next Monday and Lyons voters face what will be the most critical decision about investing in our recovery. My family and I wanted to express our deepest thanks to all of you who have blessed us with your endless love during our transition (which turned out to be the adventure of a lifetime) when we experienced the flood on September 12th, 2013.
