We understand that when residents of Lyons are allowed to return to their homes, they need electricity and natural gas to bring normalcy back into their
lives. As your natural gas provider, we want to help you recover from the devastation of the flood--but we also must ensure your safety and the safety of our crews when we restore service.
Because water is not yet available in Lyons, we are unable to restart your natural gas service. We have nearly completed repairs to our gas pipelines and equipment so we can be ready to re-connect your service.
Please do not attempt to re-light your natural gas appliances. Not only can your appliances or equipment be damaged by improper re-lights but you can place yourself and your family in danger. Our employees will check your appliances and re-light them for you when it is safe for us and for you.
