Mayama Movement Studio owners Ali Kishiyama and Jasmine Lok are pleased and excited about moving their studio down the street. Currently located in the rear of The Stone Cup & Kitchen, the two women have been in negotiations with representatives of the Colorado Odd Fellows Association to rent the Odd Fellows Hall, which has been unused since the local branch stopped functioning last year. The St. Vrain Pharmacy fell victim to a would be burglar last Wednesday night (March 13). The perpetrator jimmied the back door of the establishment, and then tried in vain to silence and disable the alarm with a hammer. The unsuccessful attempts and the screeching alarm apparently frightened away the rascal before he could do any further damage, or carry off any ill-gotten loot.
