restaurant, are very excited to welcome their new General Manager, Aaron Lenz and new Executive Chef, Matthew Grimley.
Lenz is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, and Grimley is a graduate of the Art Institute of Colorado. Both have traveled extensively across the country, accumulating a vast culinary experience prior to settling in the Lyons area.
Schooler says the new lighter menu will take advantage of the many local “farm to table” opportunities to use fresh produce for their summer fare. Now that the warmer weather finally appears to have arrived, she invites everyone to drop by and enjoy a cocktail, the view and a delicious meal on the shaded outdoor deck/patio.
In addition to daily lunch and dinner, the restaurant also serves breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays. And as a way to say thank-you to their local supporters, they offer a ten percent discount for area residents.
