CEMEX Recognized By Wildlife Habitat Council

CEMEX USA today announced that eight of its sites in the United States received certifications through the Wildlife Habitat Council’s (WHC) Corporate Lands for Learning and Wildlife at Work Programs.

The honored sites included a cement plant in Knoxville, Tennessee, six quarries/sand mines in Florida, and CEMEX’s cement plant in Lyons. Each of these sites received recognition for creating, conserving, and restoring their habitat with the involvement of employees and members of the community.
