The EnergySmart residential service is available to all Boulder County residents who are interested in improving the energy efficiency and comfort of their homes. Using funding acquired through Federal stimulus dollars, this service is designed to be a one-stop shop that will take the customer from a home energy assessment through the implementation of major energy and money saving upgrades. Key to this service is the Energy Advisor whose role is to provide unbiased support and assistance throughout the process, including: interpreting the home energy assessment report, identifying and applying for applicable rebates/incentives, help preparing bids for work, and providing a list of approved contractors to choose from.
