Greening Up for the Winter

“The Restaurant Formerly Known As Cilantro Mary” has been “greening up” for the winter. If you have been downtown over the last week or so (especially on

Tuesdays), you may have noticed a lot of activity taking place on the roof of the historic building. Wayne and Debbie Anderson (proprietors of the establishment), through Boulder County’s ClimateSmart Program, have installed a solar water heater for the restaurant, and have also blown in some insulation in the ceiling of the 130 year-old building.
