Other than changing the name, the letterhead, stationary, business cards, and of course the exterior signage, not much will seem different for the bank’s clientele. Flat Irons Bank of Boulder is a “small town” bank, so the personal touches that customers have come to appreciate will still be there. The staff expects to be kept on with the new owners, and all accounts, safety deposit boxes, procedures, etc. will stay basically the same. There will be new “routing numbers,” but all that will be explained via letter or customer service representatives at the time the purchase is finalized. Officials at the bank wish to thank their clients for their continued patronage, and invite them to stop by if they have any questions.
