The City of Boulder’s Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) Department will increase enforcement of new Voice and Sight Tag Program changes that went into effect on Jan. 1. The changes require off-leash dogs to visibly display current blue Voice and Sight Tags, which demonstrate their guardians have complied with new program requirements. The prescribed burn at Heil Valley Ranch Open Space has been completed and the park is now open. Park visitors are required to stay on trail in the burn area.
