The state public education campaign on youth marijuana use called “Don’t Be a Lab Rat” is coming to Boulder. The campaign, launched by the State of Colorado on Aug. 11 in the metro Denver area, targets youth ages 12 to 15 with the goal of increasing their awareness of risks associated with underage marijuana use.
