The St. Vrain Valley Adult Education program will hold an orientation and training meeting for volunteers on Thursday, February 23 from
6:00-8:30 pm at Main Street School, 820 Main Street, Longmont.
Those with an interest in assisting with literacy, basic skills, English as a second language, or high school studies are encouraged to attend.  No prior teaching or foreign language skills are necessary.  Typically, volunteers commit to help weekday mornings, afternoons or evenings for two hours per week during a flexible term of service.
