Commuters on U.S. 36 and the Diagonal Highway are invited to join an incentive program that pays cash for each day they bicycle, carpool, ride transit, vanpool, telework or walk to work instead of driving solo.  Participants can earn $2/day, as much as $75 in a 60-day pledge period.Â
