BCHA celebrates its 40th Anniversary as “The Voice for Horses and Horse People in Boulder County” .

The Boulder-based Editor in Chief of the national publication American Cowboy, Philip Armour, will speak on “Media and the Equine Industry: An Inside Look at one local Company’s Accomplishments in Promoting Responsible Horse Ownership” at the Boulder County Horse Association’s Annual Meeting February 15, 2011.
