The Library is offering a new community LEGO club to explore creative possibilities with LEGOs. A weekly challenge will be offered as well as opportunity to simply play and create with LEGOs

The Longmont Museum will host four exhibitions in its main gallery this year. Starting out with environmental sustainability, then a summer exhibition of hands-on model planes, trains, and automobiles, our annual Day of
the Dead exhibit, and conclude the year with a collaboration with the Buffalo Bill Center of the West to bring a major artistic show to Longmont.
The Museum's Portal Gallery continues to feature site specific, large scale work created by regional artists.

The following individual artists and arts organizations in Boulder County received $1,500 - $3,000 grants from the Martha Kate Thomas Fund for Artists, a fund of the Community Foundation Serving Boulder County and administrated by the Boulder County Arts Alliance (BCAA). Grants from this fund were awarded to artists who live or work in Boulder County and who have unforeseen needs due to special circumstances. This fund was established in October 2013; not surprisingly, the predominant theme of grant requests pertained to flood related challenges.
