In a general sense a general sense, true. But a foundation is only the start. I would suggest that just as important as a good foundation is a good roof. The best foundation in the world won’t do you a bit of good without a roof to protect the overall structure of the building, and in some cases, the foundation itself.

Spot on Seniors

All aboard the “Salute to Seniors” ship! In memory of the 100th year of the Titanic tragedy, the Colorado Gerontological Society presented a program at the Colorado Convention Center, which offered many historical adventures. Artifacts were displayed by the Molly Brown Museum, and vintage cars by the Forney Museum.
Pauline Ward
September 29, 1930 – May 20, 2012
Pauline Ward, age 81, of Lyons, died peacefully on Sunday, May 20, at The Peaks Care Center in Longmont. She was born on September 29, 1930 to William and Jessie Benoit in Stephenville Crossing, Newfoundland, Canada. On July 17, 1961, she married Earl Ward in Raton, New Mexico.
Pauline traveled throughout Europe extensively before coming to the United States in her 30’s, and settled in Oregon, where she worked as a nanny and telephone operator at an army base before moving to Colorado.
