Insatiable
Alexa DiSalvo

Drunken drawings
scribbled on skin
tattoos
I section your body
Will I ever get enough?
So, with pen I ration smooth parts
and rougher ones
the calloused palm
I read like brail
even though I know
That story
by heart
When we’re apart
I shuffle barefoot and bones
malnourished
depraved
reprimanding my indecent hunger
Still, by night hour
mouth tongue fingers
devour...
Meticulous blueprint
blurs wet
ink stains and gloss
So lost
Even though I know
That map by heart.
