Another week gone by and spring has sprung. Flowers and trees are blooming with an array of blossoms, giving us a feeling that in Lyons, “All will eventually be well!”

Invite
Less chaos
Into your life
Yoga breaths
Calm stress
Separate from the mass
Stay Zen Always
Don’t project
Be here now
Where else can you be anyway?
Staying present is a present to you
Does dancing to the blues cure them?

Madly
Limbs flailing featherless
Floating high
Layer nine of cloud components
Texture….iffy
Tickles and itches afterward
like fine fiberglass insulation
Rubbing raw – our smoky flesh

Star-spiked sea urchins pop under pupils

Voice buzzes, touch rips, all a haze
in the blaze of your presence
Tripping over thoughts of you

Tethered to and drawn
like runaway powder moths
to sketchy fire pits
Burnt out and baked
Thirsty and rapturous as an addict
for the hit

Please, baby
Crush, blitz, junk, waste
Say the words
Throw the stone.
