Hi everyone! Spring has arrived. The Garden Club’s daffodils are popping up, and will be blooming soon (our thanks to that group of hard workers). They say most of the beds going east of town were washed out with the flood, and they have to start over. Send your donation to this group (P.O. Box 49) to help with their expenses. Volunteers to rebuild the stonewalls of the beds are needed. Contact: Lyonsvolunteers.org

As much as I cringe at the analogy of our bodies being like cars, people inevitably think of themselves that way all the time. The squeaky wheel gets ignored until it’s a screaming or debilitating pain.
