Calling all Lyons fiber artists to enter a piece of fiber art in Estes Park's FACE of Fiber in the Rockies 2014 special themed exhibit "THE FLOOD". Boulder County’s Area Agency on Aging is offering a free wellness class to county residents 60 and over. “Be Well,” a Chronic Disease Self-Management program from Stanford University, is a six-week class that will teach skills to help manage living with a chronic illness.
Participants will learn how to set and accomplish goals, how to deal with pain and fatigue, the role of nutrition and exercise in treating chronic conditions, and how to improve communication at the doctor’s
