About Town - March 27, 2014

Hi everyone! Spring has arrived. The Garden Club’s daffodils are popping up, and will be blooming soon (our thanks to that group of hard workers). They say most of the beds going east of town were washed out with the flood, and they have to start over. Send your donation to this group (P.O. Box 49) to help with their expenses. The Importance Of Strength Training

Keeping Lyons Fit!

By Mary Chase
This time of year I often hear the phrase, “I just want to get outside to workout. The gym is a winter activity for me.” I cannot tell you how much I love to run in the warm spring sun; however, there is another important factor to remember.
