The Stoll Foundation for Holistic Health announces a special "Wellness Lunch & Learn" potluck lunch that features practicing the basics of holistic health in one hour. The event will be held on Thursday, July 14 from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church on Baseline Road in Boulder. To RSVP, visit http://www.meetup.com/Holistic-
Health-Meetup-Group. It is open to anyone who would like to attend.
The hour includes 20 minute of gentle exercise and 20 minutes of skilled relaxation followed by a potluck lunch with sugar-free desserts and sugar-free beverages. This holistic approach, called the 3LS Wellness Program, empowers people to lead healthier lives including reversing chronic illnesses and having more energy. There is no fee for attending, but participants are asked to bring a healthy whole foods dish to serve 6 people. Sugar-free beverages and sugar-free desserts will be available.
Since stress reduction, proper diet, and movement are the three things that improve health the most, at this lunch one can learn how to accomplish all the healthy practices for the day in one hour! The Wellness Lunch also creates an opportunity to meet others who care about health and cultivate a supportive wellness community.
