On Thursday, August 18, at 6 p.m. local chef Katie Bruzdzinski will be preparing an evening of great tastes at the Farmette. Come with your heart open to experiencing new cuisine, meeting new people, or sharing the evening with special friends and family. The menu will again be constructed around what has been harvested in the Farmette garden that day and what is available from other local suppliers. As the dinner date approaches we will have a better idea of the week’s harvest and menu, so please feel free to contact Katie for suggestions in wine and beer pairings. Dinner will begin to be served around 6:30 p.m. at the long outdoor table which seats up to 35 guests. Feel free to arrive prior to the seating to enjoy a glass of wine, roam the gardens, and visit with the animals. The cost for this dinner is also $65 per person. To RSVP use the above information.
