When: April 9, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: We start at Walt Self Senior Center downstairs at 335 Railroad Avenue, next door to the Lyons Post Office, and carpool for hands-on project fun at Jen-Lo Farm.

What: FUNGI/spawn: Relations with your garden: Plug mushroom spawn: rope, Oak & Lodgepole Pine, Invisible benefits of Mycological underground prep for above ground beds, guerilla farming techniques, undomesticated creatures. Core PDC: Rewilding, natural materials, medicinal aspects, ethnocentric power of plant species, and Transition Town exercise. All workshops are open to the public.
Direction to farm: At intersection of Foothills Hwy. (36) and Hwy. 66 in Lyons go East, continue a short distance to the Cemex tube that crosses above the highway, proceed 2 driveways further on the North side. Park in front.
