Every household has its own barriers to successful backyard composting. This workshop will lay out all the options to solve your unique problems. They’ll start with “why” compost, then move to “how,” with a look at many different compost bin styles and how to integrate them into a practical system that works for you. There will also be Eco-Cycle’s “Microbe Brew” compost tea available for sale (http://www.ecocycle.org/compost/composttea.cfm). Compost tea is the fastest and easiest way to jump-start your soil fertility and is even more powerful when used in tandem with compost.
