Boulder Arts & Crafts Gallery Reception for Featured Artists Bruce Campbell, Jenny Robinson and Larry Fielder
Boulder Arts & Crafts Gallery rolls out the hospitality on Friday, May 31st, 6 – 8 pm.
We celebrate these featured artists with a snack and music by the Wallpaper House Band. Mingle with artists Bruce Campbell, Jenny Robinson and owner member artists at the Boulder Arts & Crafts Gallery, 1421 Pearl St.
“Confetti” At Town Hall
Confetti is often the colorful evidence of a celebration. It is also the theme for the daring to be dazzling upcoming new art show at Lyons Town Hall, opening Friday, June 8, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
All interpretations, media, and abilities are welcome for drop off on Thursday, June 6, between 4 and 7 p.m. Each entry for this non-juried show should be ready to hang with a completed placard containing: title of work, name of artist, pricing, and current contact information. New artists will be asked to fill out a contract at time of drop off.

Sandra De Vries is a Dutch artist, who has been friends with Lyons artist Jacob Leeuwenburgh (also from Netherlands) since they were in high school. Anyone who has ever written a poem is eligible to enter the free poetry contest sponsored by Poetryfest, a nonprofit organization devoted to discovering new poets and helping them to achieve a wider audience for their poetry. Death Café And Art Salon
During the Lyons Art Weekend, Friday, June 7 through Sunday, June 9, the Death Café and Art Salon will be open between the hours of 12:30 and 5 p.m., at the Lyons Yoga and Wellness Center (310 Main Street). Visitors to the Death Café and Art Salon will spend time in a nurturing and open environment to talk about the art of death (or the death of art), and to explore resulting feelings and images through a process of creative “uncovery.”
Participants will be free to discuss topics of life and death from many points of view. Paper and art supplies will be provided for those wishing to explore their thoughts and feelings visually.
