Blackbelly’s founder and award winning Chef Hosea Rosenberg, winner of Bravo’s Top Chef Season Five, is bringing his culinary excellence to Lyons Farmette on June 4th and September 17th! In support of the local farm community, our mission is to provide a unique farm to table event experience through unparalleled service and an unforgettable custom menu using the most seasonal local ingredients we can find. In fact, we source most of our ingredients from our own Blackbelly Farm, where we raise our own pigs and lamb. In addition, we’ll showcase fresh produce from the Lyons Farmette on our multi-course menu.        Wine will be for purchase on-site at the event.


This farm dinner is also a benefit for The Boulder County Arts Alliance.  They will be selling wine and beer at the dinner for their organization. They will have a wonderful selection to complement the menu.  Please do not bring your own wine or beer ~ you can plan on buying it here by the bottle or glass.
